Who we are

Christopher Bradford is a leading authority in public safety and emergency medical services, with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. His work is marked by a deep commitment to advancing the standards of care through expert training, quality assurance, and innovative service models.

A successful entrepreneur, Mr. Bradford has a history of identifying industry needs and building effective solutions. He founded Protocol Support, LLC, a specialized consulting firm whose quality assurance strategies were so effective it was acquired by the industry leader, Priority Dispatch Corporation, in 2010. His work now forms the basis of their internationally recognized Quality Performance Review (QPR) program. His expertise is further underscored by his status as a Fellow in the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) and his service on both the Medical and Fire Curriculum Boards.

Building on his extensive background, Mr. Bradford now leads Bradford Total Solutions, his latest venture designed to address critical gaps in community healthcare. The company provides innovative staffing solutions that integrate EMTs and paramedics into clinical care models for schools and institutional settings. In response to growing budget constraints, this model delivers cost-effective, high-quality on-site medical care, enhances safety, and ensures regulatory alignment.
